TERMS OF PAYMENT

It is strongly advised that you double-check stock availability before making any payments. The SSLCOMMERZ digital payment gateway will accept online payments. With online payment, there will be additional gateway fees. If a payment must be reimbursed, it may take up to 10-15 working days and may incur extra fees; excess fees taken during the payment process will not be repaid in a refund request. TIME TO COMPLETE PROCESSING

If the products are in stock and there are no issues with payment verification, you may anticipate your purchase to be completed within 48-72 hours. Although NETAC BD cannot promise same-day deliveries, we will make every effort to do so. On weekends and holidays, orders are not processed. Read the Delivery Conditions as well.

POLICY ON PHYSICAL DAMAGE

Any product purchased from NETAC BD that is physically damaged will effectively invalidate the warranty. Damage caused by fluids, improper installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, or mistreatment any goods will void the warranty. As a result, any physically damaged Products will be returned to the client at the customer’s expense.

CLAIM FOR RMA

To claim warranty service, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or money receipt.

The product serial number sticker must remain intact, clearly visible, and match the serial number originally provided by NETAC Bangladesh. Any removal, alteration, damage, or mismatch of the serial sticker will void the warranty.

For all warranty services, the customer is responsible for the return freight/shipping costs.

NETAC Bangladesh does not guarantee product compatibility with any specific device, system, software, or configuration. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

For any product covered under warranty, NETAC Bangladesh will, at its sole discretion, provide either a product replacement or a refund. The decision to offer a replacement or refund will be made by NETAC Bangladesh based on the circumstances of the warranty claim.
